Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Zelmorvixa dress. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How to Return
- Initiate Return: Contact us at informationdesk@zelmorvixa.biz with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Label: We'll email you a prepaid return label (for eligible orders).
- Pack Items: Place items in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
- Refund: Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the correct size/color before it sells out.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free for orders over $150
- For orders under $150, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement at no additional cost.
